Welcome to the On-Line Registration for the 21st Annual Fall Conference, being held September 21, 2010 at the Meridian Banquet & Conference Center in Rolling Meadows, IL. We look forward to seeing you at this one day but very informational conference, which also includes a marketplace from 4:30pm to 7:00pm, food will be served along with a cash bar.

Trac Choice

There are three Educational Tracs for the Day

Federal Test Review which will prepare you for the Federal Test and credit you with eight (8) hours of Pre-Licensing Education or for those that have their 20 hours of PE, this Trac will give you eight (8) hours of CE for 2010, education materials, lunch with Speaker, breaks, hors d'oeuvres and marketplace.

CE Trac, eight (8) hours – Truth-in-Lending, Reverse Mortgage and Ethics Complete all 8 hours of your CE for 2010 while obtaining updated information on TIL, Reverse Mortgages and Ethics, education materials, lunch with Speaker, breaks, hors d'oeuvres and marketplace.

You will not receive PE or CE credit; however, you will obtain a great deal of information to help prepare you for 2011. The Trac includes State Test Review, FHA Update, Legislative Update, Computer Systems and Social Media break-out sessions, education materials, lunch with Speaker, breaks, hors d'oeuvres and marketplace.

Membership and Conference Special for Non-Members
Becoming a member is practically free! See below for details.
This can be spread out over three months (first payment equal to member cost of selected trac.)

Marketplace Only – Up to 40 exhibitors, including wholesalers, title companies, MI companies, Appraisers, Doc Prep and other vendors. Free hors d'oeuvres will be served (no classes or luncheon.)

Additional Information:

  1. If you are attending the CE or PE Tracs, you will be required to attend the Tracs for the whole day to receive credit.
  2. If you are not a member, we are offering an opportunity to become a member and save money at the same time. Membership is $245.00 but $100.00 of that amount will be applied to the price of the member price for the conference, thus giving you the membership for $245.00 and the conference for $49.00, totaling $294.00 (with Early Bird 1 pricing.)

Payment Information

With Credit Card theft concerns, we want to assure you that we do not retain your credit card information on our system. Payment by Credit Card is optional, but if you decide not to pay by credit card we will need a company check or certified funds delivered to the IAMP offices prior to the conference registration being confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 14th. A $25 fee will be deducted from all refunds.
